Description |
Comprehensive redevelopment of
an existing car dealership site with two existing car showrooms and a newly acquired adjacent parcel of
land. The project was broken into various phases to ensure continuity of business - new build service
centre with M.O.T. testing station, parts department, service and valet departments, customer reception
and ancillary offices. One showroom was then converted to 'Fiat - Abarth' sales and the other was
converted to 'Motorstore' sales, Arnold Clark Automobiles used car sales brand name. The work involved
major structural re-modelling of the Motorstore dealership to incorporate a glazed atrium entrance space.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
