Description |
Opfer
Logan Architects were commissioned to design a new Regional Automotive
Complex. The building floor plate is 6670m2 comprising car showroom,
cafe, service department, parts department, valet department, staff
facilities and offices. The project successfully addressed sustainable
design issues including a substantial ground source heat pump
installation to heat and cool the main showroom space together with
rainwater harvesting for all non-potable water usage.
