Description A residential development consisting of 13 flats and duplex apartments. The site has a narrow frontage which led us to explore and exploit the full depth of the site. The solution was to design an apartment block over two floors with stepped glass block windows to gather natural daylight whilst maintaining privacy to adjacent back gardens. Duplex apartments are located on the first floor level and these extend upward with bedrooms forming a 3rd floor level. The development includes car parking and landscaped areas.
