Description |
A purpose built laboratory and offices for a bio-sciences
company with specialist laboratories, cold storage facility, office accommodation and canteen. The client produces specialist
testing kits for food which required a range of controlled environments to be created to cater for this demand. Spaces vary from
large open plan to smaller specialist climate controlled clean rooms. A double volume canteen is provided as a social gathering
space for staff to come together.
