Liaising with statutory bodies, funders and conservation authorities we ensure that all specialist historic requirements and restrictions are complied with and delivered in successful developments and refurbishments of this nature.  

We  act on behalf of clients in the submission of planning and warrant applications including liaising with statutory authorities and managing the consultation process through all sizes and types of development applications. We will also manage other design team members to ensure comprehensive and co-ordinated applications are submitted to the authorities, assisting the approval process.
